FmEdit98 1mb, is a good file management utility, like windows explorer, except that it has much more features which include: two pane viewing, or if single pane, the right pane can be used to view html pages and edit them or view jpeg and gif images or jot down notes in a text editor. it also has a favorite folder drop down menu so that you can easily access your favorite folders after having added it them to the list (with F11). the only disadvantage of this great utility (version 2.0 is freeware wheras 2.1 is shareware) that it loads a bit slow, but otherwise this is a top pick
